Unlike many similar companies that approach a scene with an intent to clean as quickly possible, we take our time. We realize and appreciate that your property is important and should not be arbitrarily thrown away without first being inspected for worth and value.
Experience has taught us that lying under piles of newspapers will be a long lost ring. Mixed in with hundreds of clothing items will be a marriage certificate or diploma. Hidden in the back of a closet, behind items that haven't been moved for years, is a safe full of coins. We know that your home contains precious items that should be salvaged during the cleaning process. Our technicians will pay close attention to detail and, if possible, will recover as much as possible during the remediation process.
Generally, Bio-Trauma 911 will send four technicians to your home to begin the declutter and cleaning process. Our technicians will not judge you or counsel you on your desire to hoard. As a matter of fact, nearly every one of our clients have taken the time to thank us for being non-judgmental, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Most homes will take approximately five days to thoroughly clean and organize. This of course can vary from home to home. In addition to our basic cleaning, decluttering and organizing services our clients may also request our Green Cleaning and Exterior Beautification services be added to the contract.
